3) Ever thought of becoming your own boss?

Why not become a consultant or repurpose your existing skills into a new role? You may have a special craft or trade that could become a side business to your current job.  

Running your own business can give you great financial rewards and more confidence – but don’t forget to put together an expert business plan.

4) Make your relationships work for you  

Relationships require effort, time, and commitment. Are there any in your life that could be better? Therapists often suggest working to re-establish your boundaries to help those relationship is become healthy again. Consider ending them if this can’t be done. Work on communication and closeness if you’ve fallen into a rut with a partner. You’ll find your reward in increased happiness and a better foundation for relationship futures.
