Our mission at JustAnswer is simple but profoundly important to us: change lives.

We have found that JustAnswer changes lives in two ways: One, the people who get their questions answered quickly by a verified Expert can experience immediate quality of life improvements. Imagine resolving a nagging legal, health or automotive problem within minutes! It’s a click away.
Two, the Experts who answer questions on our site can build better lives for themselves and their families. Here is what one Expert on JustAnswer had to say:
Every day thousands of questions are asked, and business is only improving! As for myself, what I hoped would bring in a few extra dollars has blossomed over the past several months into a significant in come which has been a huge help to my family. I can’t praise JustAnswer enough for connecting me to customers who need my help and are willing to pay for a good answer.
JA TIP: Take stock of every area of your life — family, health, career, leisure — and write a list of questions that, if answered, would lead to a profound improvement in your quality of life. Then, prioritize that list into “A,” “B” and “C” priority questions. Ask your “A” questions on JustAnswer this week. Don’t put them off. Once you resolve your “A” questions, move to your “B” and subsequently your “C” questions.
2010 will be a very good year, for JustAnswer — and for you. We are here to help you live your best life in 2010.

I solicited a question some time ago regarding a problem I was having with my daughters GMC Suburban. I was hooked up with a GM Tech who was very helpful. I myself am a Manager of an auto parts store, and troubleshooting customers vehicle problems is a huge part of my job. Sometimes you don't have the right fix even after much trial and error. It was great having another outlet which helped us solve this problem. (The instrument cluster would not work while the vehicle was running). We found it to be a loose wire, in the ignition switch. Much thanks for the help. JOHNNYMAC
I found this website through a friend, and asked a question about my 1996 Chrysler town and country minivan because it quit on me out of the blue,I had replaced some of the parts in the ignition system because of a no ignition spark issue, and then I asked JUST ANSWER,and they said it was most likely to be a broken flywheel because this van has a D I S ignition system, what I found later to have happened was the voltage regulator, which is in the PCM,had stuck, forcing the voltage too high, and the PCM failed as a result of too high voltage, the ignition system operates on less than nine volts,so it was the most vulnerable to the voltage increase, any way thanks for trying to help, you have helped many people on this site, just not me,keep up the good work,(but watch for the exception to every rule)thanks (Mopar moper)
